Tour Itinerary
Day 01Arrival in Jammu / Katra
Arrive in Jammu or Katra according to your convenience (on self-expense). Transfer to the hotel in Katra, check in and relax. Dinner and overnight stay in Katra (A.C. Room).
Day 02Katra to Srinagar (Scenic Drive)
After breakfast, check out and proceed for a long, scenic drive through valleys and tunnels to Srinagar, the summer capital of Kashmir (approx. 300 km, 12 hours). Arrive in Srinagar in the evening and check in at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 03Srinagar to Gulmarg Excursion
After breakfast, take a trip to Gulmarg, the meadow of flowers (approx. 60 km, 2 hours). Enjoy horse riding and the world-famous Gondola Cable Car Ride (on self-expense). Return to Srinagar in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 04Srinagar to Sonamarg & Kheer Bhawani Temple Excursion
After breakfast, depart for a day trip to the meadow of gold, Sonamarg (approx. 100 km, 3 hours). Enjoy horse riding and scenic glacier views. Stop en-route to visit the holy Kheer Bhawani Temple. Return to Srinagar in the evening. Dinner and overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 05Srinagar Local Sightseeing & Shikara Ride
After breakfast, visit the Shankaracharya Temple (on self-expense) followed by the famous Mughal Gardens (Nishat Bagh, Shalimar Bagh, Chashme Shahi, Nehru Park). In the afternoon, enjoy a peaceful Shikara boat ride on Dal Lake (on self-expense). Free time for shopping. Dinner and overnight stay in Srinagar.
Day 06Srinagar to Pahalgam (Valley of Shepherds)
After breakfast, check out and depart for Pahalgam (approx. 100 km, 3 hours). Upon arrival, check in at the hotel. In the afternoon, enjoy local sightseeing in Pahalgam (Aru Valley/Betaab Valley via local cabs on self-expense). Dinner and overnight stay in Pahalgam.
Day 07Pahalgam to Katra
After breakfast, check out and proceed for the return drive to Katra (approx. 210 km, 6 hours). Arrive in Katra in the evening, check in at the hotel. Dinner and overnight stay in Katra (A.C. Room).
Day 08Vaishno Devi Darshan (Yatra Day)
After breakfast, proceed for the sacred Vaishno Devi Darshan. The Yatra can be completed by walking, helicopter, pony, or doli (on self-expense). Return to Katra hotel after Darshan. Dinner and overnight stay in Katra (A.C. Room).
Day 09Katra / Jammu Departure
Early morning after breakfast, check out of the hotel and transfer to Jammu/Katra railway station or airport as per your convenience for your return journey to your hometown. Tour ends.
